Our center specializes in the Stott Pilates approach which is designed to be accessible to any person
regardless of current fitness level. Our Stott Pilates certified instructor provides:

customized workouts on Stott Pilates apparatus
including Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel and small equipment, (arc barrel, spine corrector, stability ball, etc.)

individual and small group Pilates mat classes building from the foundation of Basic Principles
and incorporating Pilates small equipment to provide variety and challenge to each workout
