Pan Seared Oven Roasted Chicken
                           
                          Prep Time: Minutes 
                          Cook Time: 30 minutes 
                          Serves: 4 
                          Ingredients: 
                          2 count of Palm or canola oil. 
                            4 organic skinless chicken breasts 
                            Fresh Thyme or Sage 
                            Sea salt and ground pepper 
                          Method: 
                          1. Preheat oven to 350 
                            2. 
                            Heat oil in an oven-proof pan on medium high. 
                            3. Add herbs just before chicken to flavor oil. 
                            4. add chicken to pan and let crisp 3-5 minutes 
                            ( Do not burn) 
                            5. Turn and crisp the other side for and additional 3-5 minutes. 
                            6. Cover and place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until done.
